Hey there! My name is Rachel and I love transition! ATEC is the second transition program I have taught in as a special educator with a wide variety of students. I received my bachelors at BYU with an emphasis in severe disabilities. I am currently pursuing a Masters Degree in Transition through Kansas University. Anyone that knows me, knows that I am in love with where I grew up in the Bay Area in California! The Golden Gate Bridge, the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk, and Monterey Bay are a few of my favorite places! Twins run in my family so not only am I an identical twin but I have fraternal twin boys named Antonio (Tono) and Theodore (Teddy) who are my everything! My husband Alec, who I met on a blind date, is originally from New York. I love cereal, rollercoasters, board games, sushi, and really anything that is has chocolate or is sweet! I can’t wait to work with you all this school year!
